After purchasing your Mexico eSIM through our platform, you'll receive a QR code and activation instructions via email within minutes. Coverage should include emergency medical expenses (your home health insurance likely doesn't cover you in Mexico), medical evacuation, trip cancellation/interruption, lost luggage, and 24/7 emergency assistance. Medical care in Mexico requires upfront payment, and costs can be substantial without insurance. For car rentals, contact the rental agency's local office immediately if issues arise—their contact information is included in your booking confirmation.
